Elisa's operational model

Elisa's operational model is based on two business units, production and support functions. Elisa in Estonia and some independent companies, of which Elisa owns varied portions, are not included in the operational model. The aim of the new operational model is to further increase customer orientation and cost-efficiency.

Elisa reports its performance by the following segments:
  • Consumer Customers 
  • Corporate Customers
