How do I apply for a job in Elisa?
Vacant positions are announced on Elisa’s Careers page. You can apply for these positions directly through the link in the announcement.
If we do not have an open position that is of interest for you, you can submit an open application through our recruitment system. Tell us about yourself and your area of expertise, as well as what kind of job you are interested in.
Through the system you can also update your application and target it to interesting tasks. We’ll try to contact you as soon as possible if we want to interview you.
How long will you store my application data?
An open application remains active for one, three or six months, according to your selection.
What kind of jobs does Elisa offer?
We have interesting and challenging tasks in the fields of information traffic and technology, product development and product management, customer service, sales and consulting as well as marketing, financing and management.

Is it possible to complete a traineeship period at Elisa?
We are particularly interested in offering students of technology and business studies traineeships and the opportunity to complete their theses while working for us. Vacancies are available across the Group. Traineeships and diploma work placements are announced on Elisa’s Careers page in the same manner as other vacant positions.

Does Elisa offer jobs for schoolchildren?
Elisa annually offers traineeships for several schoolchildren who are acquainting themselves with the world of work during the TET training. In TET training, students of the 9th grade have the chance to familiarise themselves with both the world of work and with Elisa as an employer.
When is the right time to apply for a summer job? How can I apply for a summer job?
Summer jobs can be applied for in February–March. We announce vacant summer jobs on our recruiting pages.
Do you have any part-time jobs?
We have part-time vacancies in, for example, customer service. We announce open fixed-term and part-time vacancies in these pages.
