Elisa rewards its employees for outstanding accomplishments, compliance with Elisa's values and for the whole company's success. The objective of our performance-based bonuses is to support the fulfilment of Elisa's common goals and to reward the achievement of common financial and operational results. All Elisa employees belong to a bonus or reward scheme, or to another incentive scheme. Furthermore, with one-off bonuses we can reward excellent individual accomplishments. We also reward for compliance with the Elisa way; that is, we pay bonuses for employees who act according to Elisa's values.
