Objective and development appraisal discussions, held twice a year, are an elementary part of Elisa's management system. They convey and make concrete the strategy and objectives for the entire personnel.
Elisa organises internal training at the company level and within the units. Elisa has its own, regular training programmes. In addition to its own training and open training provided by its partners, Elisa supports its employees' independent studies. Constantly, dozens of Elisa's employees conduct studies on their own and receive support from Elisa.
Job rotation is a central form of development, and we encourage our personnel to participate in it. Job rotation enables the enhancement of one's own competence in various tasks and helps to develop our own expertise.
