The video rental selection of the Elisa Viihde IPTV services is expanded, and the number of available channels increases. For Finnish television viewers, Elisa is the first in Europe to provide the WarnerFilm channel, from the world-leading Warner Bros. film studio, and the first in Finland to provide the WarnerTV channel focusing on series.
From Elisa Viihde, users can subscribe to television programming and films for viewing whenever they like. The WarnerTV offering includes over 500 episodes of top-notch comedy and drama, and WarnerFilm provides about 30 films a month.

The introduction of the new films and channels provides a precision service for TV viewers during the days between Christmas and New Year, when the demand for entertainment is at its highest. More features, content and expansions to come
The features, content and availability of Elisa Viihde are continuously improved and expanded. From now on, Elisa will also provide Finnish television viewers with programming from the world's leading film studios and broadcasting companies. At the moment, Elisa has contracts with Warner Bros., Disney, Nordisk Film, Pan Vision and SF Anytime.
- Order-based viewing is becoming more common, and our offering grows accordingly. New items from film studios will appear in Elisa Viihde right after the theatrical distribution. The video rental service of Viihde is already the most extensive and high-quality in Finland, and will continue to be so. Next spring, the Viihde channel range will be as extensive as in cable television, says Rönnblad.

WarnerTV brought to you by Elisa Viihde is available at EUR 2.90/month, the WarnerFilm channel at 4.90/month, and both channels together at EUR 6.90/month. Films downloaded from the video rental are available for EUR 3 per 24-hour access.

Elisa Viihde: The highly popular Elisa Viihde service, launched in the spring, combines television viewing with an exceptionally large saving capacity for television programmes, and personal video rental. Users can schedule the recording of television programming conveniently online or by using a mobile phone. Elisa provides the Viihde service in an easy way, as a single package which does not require any particular IT skills. The Elisa Viihde service includes a high definition digital receiver with as many as 2,500 hours (i.e., over 100 days) of online saving capacity for television programmes, personal video rental, and a top-speed broadband connection. Elisa Viihde functions just like a regular digital receiver with the exception that television programmes are stored online. You can even record programmes on all the basic channels at the same time. Besides a television set, you can view your recorded programmes on your computer. With the personal video rental, you can rent thousands of films directly via your television set. The video rental offers classics and new items every week. For more viewing, you can choose your favourites from among several different subscriber channel packages which can conveniently be ordered directly via your television set.
