BackElisa receives Cisco's highest recognition for a certified partner

Cisco has granted Elisa the internationally highly esteemed Cisco Gold Certified Partner Certificate. Gold Certified Partner is Cisco's highest recognition of the partner level, and shows Elisa's contribution to new online technological know-how and customer satisfaction. Elisa has been Cisco's Gold partner since 2007. This demanding certification must be renewed each year.
Cisco's Gold certification requires the partner to have a lot of resources and very high-quality expertise in Cisco technologies, as well as the capability to apply them to solutions. The recognition also requires systematic customer satisfaction measuring and verifying, as well as a good level of technical support. At the moment, Cisco has only four Gold-certified partners in Finland.
At the same time, Elisa was one of the first partners in Finland to also gain a certification in data centre competence. Achieving this certificate requires, among other things, extensive expertise in server centre environments, and the capability to build services to meet various customer needs.
