Son Com Ltd and Oy Eniro Finland Ab have today signed a letter of intent, according to which Soon will sell its printed directory business to Eniro. The 2002 revenue of the business to be divested is estimated to amount to approximately EUR 5 million. The printed directory operation is not part of Soon´s core businesses. The strategy of Soon is to focus on telecommunications services in the Pirkanmaa region. The transaction does not include the 118 directory assistance, which will continue to have a principal role in Soon's switching and answering services. The aim of the parties is to sign the final agreement by Soon Com Ltd is part of the Elisa Communications Group. The company is a service operator whose main operating area is Pirkanmaa. Its core products are voice, data and internet services for residential and business customers.
